If students could see people working interesting jobs, creating things, working with teams, it might be really interesting to them. If I had gotten a chance to see a bike factory when I was in elementary school, and talk to one of the people working there, I would probably have the courage/motivation to be building bikes today.
Showing students happy people enjoying their work could be very inspiring for them.
Any thoughts on this?
